Kansas City police are investigating a firing incident in south Kansas City after officers were called to the area of 108th Street and Marsh Avenue, near the Bridgeport Apartments in the Ruskin Heights neighborhood, just before 1:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 2.
When officers arrived, they found a man unresponsive on the sidewalk. Police later identified the victim as 19-year-old Tylen Bean.
