Klinger Middle School students raise more than $9,000 through two charity events

kingler middle school charity Klinger Middle School students helped raise more than $9,000 through a Color Run and the annual Mini-THON in Warminster Township.

Klinger Middle School students in Warminster Township turned two school events into a strong show of community support, raising more than $9,000 through a Color Run and the school’s annual Mini-THON.

The fundraising total came from two recent student-led efforts that brought together students, families and donors around causes that reached beyond the classroom.

The first event was the school’s second annual Color Run, held on March 19. According to the published event recap, 70 students took part.

Even with chilly weather, students still showed up ready to run, walk and take part in the colorful event, helping raise $3,652 by the time it was held.

Just under two weeks later, Klinger Middle School followed that up with its 11th annual Mini-THON on April 1. That event brought in $5,670.04, pushing the combined fundraising total past the $9,000 mark.

The Mini-THON money will support Four Diamonds, the organization that helps cover pediatric cancer care costs at Penn State Hershey Medical Center while also funding research aimed at finding cures.

That connection gives the fundraiser a deeper meaning, turning a school tradition into something that directly helps children and families facing serious medical challenges.

Stories like this work because they are about more than just a dollar amount. They show what can happen when students are given a chance to lead, and when a school community gets behind something meaningful. Klinger’s recent events were not just successful fundraisers.

They also reflected the kind of school spirit that leaves a real impact on people outside the building.

The district also highlighted the update in its April 10, 2026 weekly post, reinforcing the school’s role in organizing and carrying forward these community-centered efforts.

Klinger Middle School is part of the Centennial School District in Bucks County.

For a school fundraiser story, this is the kind of result that stands out. There is a clear total, a clear cause and a clear sign that students were at the center of making it happen.

With one event built around energy and participation and another tied to a long-running tradition, Klinger Middle School turned two spring activities into a fundraising effort that made a measurable difference.
